A group of protesters has kept the road closed at the intersection of Av. Insurgentes and Paseo de la Reforma.
According to the National Assembly of Electric Power Users, who accompany the students in their protest, the blockade began at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20.
The students used four trucks to cut off traffic on these avenues. Capital authorities recommend motorists to use alternate routes such as Internal Circuit and Av. Chapultepec.
