The discovery of a body has generated commotion in the town of Caylloma (Arequipa). According to the preliminary report, it would be the tourist Natacha de Crombrugghe, missing since January 24.
The case was alerted by fishermen from the Puente Chocó association in the Catirgua sector, specifically in the Cruz de Acero “Satay” area, district of Huambo.
The district sub-prefect of Huambo, Luis Alvarez, detailed to local media that the body, apparently, was dragged by the Colca river and is in an advanced state of decomposition. He also explained that the body is between two stones and would have blonde hair.
It was known that the Catirgua sector is difficult to access and is located in the lower part of said jurisdiction in Caylloma.
For this Wednesday, the personal of the Rescue Police will arrive at the place. Likewise, authorities will be present to certify the proceedings for the removal of the corpse.
