This Tuesday the venues and cities were announced to play the next commitments in FIBA’s window 5 towards the 2023 World Cup, which will take place between November 10 and 14.

The high-altitude Venezuelan team will have a couple of trips to visit their opponents from Canada and the Dominican Republic, in Edmonton and Santo Domingo, respectively.
The commitments of the Vinotinto will be held on November 10 against the Canadians at the Edmonton Expo Center and on the 13th of the same month at the Palacio de los Deportes against the Dominicans.

Venezuela, being led by Fernando Duró, has maintained a good rhythm in the qualifying matches, which points to a very likely participation in the next World Cup.

If they win the next couple of clashes, the Creole tricolor would be ensuring their pass to the most important tournament at the level of international teams, the World Cup.
