Les Luthiers will celebrate its 55th anniversary with a tour of Spain

It will be precisely in the old Linares Palace where Les Luthiers will present Gran Reserva, an anthology that brings together emblematic numbers by these notable comedians, such as “La Balada del 7º Regimiento”, “San Ictícola de los Peces”, “Family Entertainment” and “Who knew Mary would love Mary.

His tour of Spain has already confirmed the following itinerary; Gijón, October 1 and 2, Teatro Jovellanos; Oviedo, October 5, 6, 7 and 8, Palacio de Congresos Príncipe Felipe de Oviedo Auditorium; Girona, October 11 and 12, Girona Auditorium; A Coruña 14, 15 and 16 October, Palacio de la Ópera.

In addition, Salamanca, October 18 and 19, Center for the Performing Arts and Music of Salamanca; Vigo, October 21, 22 and 23, Mar de Vigo Auditorium and Conference Center; and Madrid, from May 31 to June 11, 2023, Gran Teatro CaixaBank Príncipe Pío.

Resentful of the physical disappearance of two of its main figures, Daniel Rabinovich and Marco Mundstock, the group is currently made up of two of its historical members, Jorge Maronna and Carlos López Puccio, and Roberto Antier, Tomás Mayer Wolf, Martín O ‘Connor and Horacio Tato Turano, with the alternates Pablo Rabinovich and Santiago Otero.

Comedians-musicians-actors of a high professional level in all their facets, they also stand out for the use of unusual instruments made by themselves.

Les Luthiers celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2017, the year in which it received the “Princess of Asturias Award for Communication and Humanities” for being “a critical mirror and a benchmark of freedom in contemporary society.”
