He stated that there is an obvious sign of “lack of maintenance” at the headquarters.

Pedro Tellechea Ruiz, president of Pequiven, took control of Monómeros on Tuesday and presented the new general manager of the Venezuelan company based in Barranquilla, Colombia.

Through social networks, the fertilizer company released information about the arrival of Venezuelan officials.

She indicated that Ninoska La Concha will be the new general manager and was accompanied by the new board of directors.

He pointed out that Monómeros “will once again be an agro-industrial power” for the development of agriculture in Colombia.

“The important thing is the recovery of Monómeros, the well-being of its workers, of Colombia and Venezuela,” he added.

Without maintenance

Tellechea in an interview with Telesur pointed out that the company lacked “maintenance” in its infrastructure, so it is not in an optimal state.

He also denounced that human resources were neglected, as well as the purchase of raw materials to “continue with productive growth.”

He affirmed that the workers “received us with human warmth, with joy, at the doors of the industry, hoping for a recovery.”

He also noted that for four years “there was embezzlement and bad management policies.”
